18" x 12" chocolate cake  iced in a chocolate ganache icing with piped rosettes around the top edge and large cut out fondant 'Happy Birthday' in the middle of the cake,  a few chocolate decorations around the outside on the rosettes, a SPCA white truck with a girl figurine on the left hand side, a  yellow fire truck and  fireman holding the fire hose towards the girl on the right hand side and the dog somewhere in between.
