How to order

  • All private deliveries are made between 8am and 12pm with no time garantee
    • How to order Please ensure you read our 'terms of use' and 'delivery and returns' policies.
    • Select your products and add them to your cart.
    • When you are ready to order click on the proceed to checkout button.
    • Enter the date you require your product
    • You can then choose your option for delivery or pickup from one of our stores
    • If you have chosen an option for delivery. A delivery charge will automatically be added to you cart based on the location and number of products you have ordered (refer to our delivery and returns policy for current details).
    • Enter your Email address
    • Complete all details marked with an * when completing any forms. If you are placing an order that is not being delivered to your address then you must complete the 'shipping details' fields. You must complete a date of delivery or pickup. Please read our 'delivery and returns' policies. You must place an order before 1:00pm to be delivered or picked up the next day (there are no deliveries weekends).
    • Delivery will be between 9- 11.30 am. A time cannot be specified. Pick ups can be collected after 10am.
    • If you have chosen to have your order delivered then you will be presented with the option to pay by credit card only. This facility uses a secure authorised payment gateway system called Paymark through the ASB Bank. You can use Visa or Mastercard.
    • Pickups can be paid by credit card or cash.
    • Select payment method either Direct Payment system - Paystation or Payment on Pickup (this option can only be used if you are picking up your product from one of our stores)
    • Order Comments where you can give us any special instructions or have questions regarding your order
    • Click review order and have you have missed any * you will be notified then.
    • Review order and click submit order, you will receive a confirmation email.

    ACCURACY

    We have taken care to ensure that the content of this website is accurate and current. However, we accept no responsibility in cases where a genuine error has taken place either in the description of a product, its price or information relating to any other service that we provide. We reserve the right to refuse to sell you a product if there is a dispute relating to the attributes or price of a product.

    Please note that we collect and retain information about visitors to the site. If you purchase products from the site we will collect and retain personal information including your name, telephone number and address. We will not disclose this information to any individual or company other than those who require the information to process your order. You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you and to correct or delete such information from our database.     We are careful to protect your security by using a recognised authorised payment gateway provider. SSL encrypts all ordering information, including your name, address and credit card details. Once we have received your order we do not retain details of your credit card.

    We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or harm arising from or in relation to this site and/or associated sites and/or associated stores and/or other services, including but not limited to damage or harm arising out of errors or omissions in the material contained on this site.

    WEBSITE MODIFICATION

    CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT

    If you are a New Zealand 'customer' as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 then you are protected by the said Act. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under this Act.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    We shall be under no liability - to the Customer in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of this Agreement, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God; natural disasters; sabotage; accident; riot; shortage of supplies, equipment, materials; strikes and lockouts; civil commotion; computer hacking; or malicious damage.
